What Is Shiitake Extract and Why Does Extraction Matter?
The product is a nutraceutical ingredient, a concentrated extract from the fruiting body of Lentinula edodes. It's not just mushroom powder but an extract made from a two-stage extraction process using hot water and ethanol to extract the therapeutic ingredients.
